You guys have done a superb job with it. All aspects of the site work so well together... the voice of your writting, the IA, the graphical detail. My favorite part of the site is how you're using the LazyLoad jQuery plugin. Having images fade in as you scroll adds such an incredible amount of visual impact to the site.
