Web design pays my rent. Gradients, drop shadows, and things that look all computer-rendered are pretty much my bread and butter. With that said, I LOVE compositions that use flat colors, they’re just sexy and refreshing to me. That’s why I like Pietari Posti’s editorial-style illustrations. His work is full of delicious, flat colors, combined with gestural, brushed lines.
